IBERIA´S SPECIAL CONDITIONS

To attending and organizing committee

One way flights discounts to ZARAGOZA and/or MADRID and return ones (Not allowed stops staying in Madrid)

For National flights (journeys started by pure flights IBERIA), European and Intercontinental ones:
Up to a 30% discount on Business and Tourist fares.

For National flights by AIR NOSTRUM (IB-8000):
Up to a 15% discount on Business and Tourist fares.

• This offer is just applied for IBERIA and AIR NOSTRUM closed flights, being excluded the shared code ones (IB-7000 and 5000).
• Offer expiration time for national and European flights is two days before and two days after the Summit date and for Intercontinental ones seven days before and after the date.
• Reservation must be done in IBERIA Offices and/or VIAJES CARLSON WAGONLIT Agencies.
• Furthermore, 15 tickets up to a 40% discount on Business and Tourist fares for ´Special Guests´ (VIPS) appointed by the Organizing Committee. (Those tickets will be authorized by the Iberia Commercial Management in Catalonia and Aragon. Tickets will be issued by the own IBERIA Offices).
• In case of Pre-Congress tickets, the Organizing Committee could benefit for a maximum of 8 tickets with the same discounts. The names of the Committee members who are going to make use of them and the flights reserved must be provided to IBERIA. The tickets reservation and the issuing must be done just in IBERIA Offices.
• In order to benefit from these discounts, the attendance to the Congress must be proved by the person benefited (either being an attending, speaker or a member of the committee).
• Code BT8IB21MPE0027 must be included in all IBERIA tickets (inside the ´TOUR CODE´ box) issued for this event. Once the agreement is written down, it become effective.
• OSI IB BT8IB21MPE0027 must be included in all reservations.
